In February 2020 Harvard Graduate School of Education asked us to design new admissions materials to help communicate their new, innovative, and customizable curriculums to prospective students worldwide. And then COVID hit.
The school year ahead suddenly felt uncertain and it was clear that our plan for the viewbooks would have to pivot. We worked with the client to move the project into digital deliverables for their admissions viewbooks that felt uplifting and helped them move ahead with the launch of their new programs—even if everything wasn’t quite as planned.
We created several concepts around the “Learn to Change the World” tagline and helped create the tone and messaging. We worked with images of actual students and alums to show the rich diversity of the HGSE student body and accentuate the customization of the new programming.
