Together, Irene and Ashley bring over 30 years of combined experience to each and every project. Their partnership in graphic design began in 1998 at the Rhode Island School of Design and continues to this day where they enjoy collaborating daily to create brands and design that excite and reinvent organizations, institutions, events, and campaigns.

Jonathan Pieczynski
Senior Web Developer

After graduating with a degree focused on electronic media production, Jonathan worked in the broadcasting industry's creative services department for the first seven years of his career. Managing websites, apps, email marketing, and video editing were his daily tasks. In 2016, Jonathan joined Indiana University as a web developer helping with the redesign and implementation of department websites. His experience extended into an understanding of marketing for higher education. Jonathan brings over a decade of WordPress and digital marketing experience to the Ace Creative team.

Susan Rosenblatt
Executive Assistant

Susan has honed her administrative and management skills in the nonprofit world for 17 years with experiences at The Progeria Research Foundation and Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farm. She brings diverse problem solving, technical, and financial skills to help foster growth with the Ace Creative team. Susan holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University.

Irene Owens
Art Director

Irene Owens graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2000. Her dedication to her craft was immediately recognized by a boutique design studio in Hackensack New Jersey where she would manage and design high-end projects for the area’s top hospitals, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Rutgers University and many others for over 13 years. In 2014 Irene joined Ace Creative where her passion for innovative design, impeccable typography skills, and meticulous management have led to some of Ace Creative’s most influential design initiatives.

Ashley Lazonick Harding
Principal

Ashley Lazonick Harding holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Upon graduating she was hired as an in-house designer at Harvard University for the Kennedy School of Government. The intersection of academics, politics, policy, and design felt invigorating and fulfilling. In 2006 Ashley embarked on her journey as an entrepreneur founding Ace Creative with a mission to work with institutions and organizations that educate and serve the greater-good. She further honed in on this mission in 2012 while completing a “mini MBA” through Interise, a program developed by Boston University.
